Now that its lawsuit against the government was dismissed, Quicken Loans plans to step up efforts to fight the government, which has accused the the mortgage giant of approving bad loans just to make money. The Detroit-based lender last April sued the U.S. Department of Justice and Department of Housing and Urban Development to prohibit the government from using what it called a flawed sample of loans to build a case against Quicken Loans.
