Director Martin Scorsese is facing foreclosure on his $ 12.5 million Upper East Side townhouse over an $ 18,000 debt for the 2014 renovation of the four-story property. Queens-based Extech Building Materials is trying to force the sale of the famed filmmaker's six-bedroom pad after Scorsese and his contractor, Smith Restoration Inc., failed to pay for construction supplies, according to a new Manhattan Supreme Court suit.
