In this appellate case, the court affirmed the district court’s appointment of a special master to supervise discovery, as well as the dismissal of the plaintiff’s request for additional discovery, and the plaintiff’s claim against the defendants. Plaintiff sued defendants for the collection of attorney’s fees and other foreclosure-related charges relating to her mortgage, on which she had defaulted.
