Foreclosure activity in metro Toledo decreased 20 percent in 2015 over the previous year, but it was up 10 percent in December from the same month a year earlier. According to new figures from real estate data firm RealtyTrac Inc. , last year there were 2,697 properties with a foreclosure filing in metro Toledo, which includes Lucas, Fulton, and Wood counties.
