A Carle Place office complex in foreclosure has sold for $ 17.3 million in cash, according to Colliers International, which brokered the sale. The 309,000-square-foot office building at One Old Country Road has been in the foreclosure process since 2011 after its former owner defaulted on a $ 43.8 million commercial mortgage-backed securities loan on the property.
