Pending home sales in the Twin Cities jumped more than 18 percent last month compared with year-ago levels, the largest increase since June, according to the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors. MAAR, which tracks residential sales in the 13-county metro area, said Friday that the Twin Cities saw 3,497 signed contracts for pending home sales, up 18.1 percent, and 3,785 new listings, up 11.5 percent.
