The Volusia-Flagler area had the nation’s third-highest percentage of property flips last summer, according to a new national report. An estimated 7.3 percent of all home sales in the two-county area were quick resales for a profit in the third quarter, according to the report by Trulia, a San Francisco, California-based residential real estate data website.
