The city is rejuvenating a housing rehab program by making improvements to an abandoned duplex on Academy Street that was donated by Wells Fargo Bank. Michael A. Lumbis, the city's planning and community development director, said the house at 825 Academy St. makes a good candidate for the NDC housing program, citing it's in relatively good shape, could be renovated and then sold.
