“The alarming increase injudgments recorded in Westchester County in 2015 is indicative of a foreclosure crisis that continues to linger,” reported Westchester County Clerk Timothy C. Idoni who serves as Clerk of the Westchester County Supreme Court where foreclosure actions are heard. “However, as judgments increased sharply,fourth quarter filings continued to drop, which is on par with what we are seeing across the nation,” continued Idoni.
