Yes. For qualifying residential sellers where the seller orders title policy, attorney legal fees are waived.
Is this only for sellers?
Yes. This service is currently limited to sellers in residential real estate transactions. Cyrus Law Group, P.C. does represent buyers of Residential Real Estate properties at a competitive rate of $600.00. Both sellers and buyers owe nothing to Cyrus Law Group, P.C. if the transaction doesn’t close, no matter how much work has been done on the file.
Are there any hidden costs?
Attorney legal fees are waived on residential seller-side transactions where the seller orders title policy. Third-party costs (such as title or recording fees) are separate and not controlled by the attorney.
Do you serve all of Chicagoland?
Yes. Chicago and surrounding counties are served.
