Efforts to split the 9th Circuit opposed by the ABA House of Delegates

9th Circuit On Monday, the ABA House of Delegates voted to oppose splitting the San Francisco-based 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Instead, “technological and procedural innovations” should be used to efficiently handle the court’s large caseload.
