Despite last-minute pleas from two attorneys, city commissioners stood their ground and voted to foreclose on three properties that have allowed code fines and liens to go unpaid for years. Now facing the possible loss of their property over the unpaid fines are beachside landlord Jack Aberman, the owners of Grandview Live gentlemen's club and duplex owner Xuefeng Zhou.
