Foreclosures are still far more common in New Hampshire than they were before the Great Recession upended the housing market, but they have fallen for five years in a row and will probably end the year at the lowest level since 2006. Through July, New Hampshire saw 927 foreclosure deeds filed and are on target to total under 2,000 for the year, which would be slightly fewer than in 2007, according to the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority.
