Faulting financial institutions, energy woes, inflation and the war in Iraq have marked the first 100 days in office for U.S. Rep. Jackie Speier, D-San Mateo, and the congresswoman plans to discuss all she's learned at two town hall meeting this weekend. Speier was elected in April to fill the seat of the late Tom Lantos, who died in February while in office.
